Fruto grew out of a trip to London, where the cofounders saved on supermarket food so they could visit the city's specialty coffee shops. Back in Buenos Aires they built the menu around the coffee: a wide choice of origins, made as espresso or by hand on V60, AeroPress, Chemex or French press.
