Las Heliconias is a Colombian family business that grows, processes and imports coffee from its own farm, then roasts it in Buenos Aires in small batches. It says each lot comes with its story: who grew it, how it was processed and when it was roasted.

Its tasting room at Avenida Belgrano and Yapeyú, in Almagro, opens on weekdays during office hours. Come here to taste a Colombian coffee with a direct line to the farm, and ask about the lot in the cup.
