Why it's a must-try

The Artisan sits at the corner of the lake by Fredens Park, on the walk around the city's lakes, with a large front deck. It is run by a Peruvian and a Danish owner, and founder Jose Antonio travels to Peru regularly to buy micro-lots from small farms.

Everything is roasted in house on a one-kilo roaster built in Copenhagen, and the menu is Peruvian coffee only, including anaerobic and natural lots. Regulars come for the pour-overs, and the beans are for sale.
