Aunty Peg's is Proud Mary's roastery, opened in 2014, with a coffee bar at the front. At the brew bar a barista serves you one to one, talks you through the coffees and may offer a taste or a smell before you choose.
The list runs to champion roasts and rare Geisha lots, and the nitro cold brew comes in a beer glass. It is also a training space and a shop for beans and brewing gear, a short walk from the Proud Mary café.
