Tribu is a Port Melbourne roaster run by Colombians who wanted to honour their coffee heritage. It roasts only specialty-grade beans in small batches, and the green coffee on hand comes from Colombia, Brazil, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Mexico.
The range covers espresso, filter and milk-based roasts, and the café on Rouse Street is the place to taste them before buying a bag.
