Rondó is a coffee bar on Uruguay street, on the edge of Recoleta, that builds its menu around beans selected from Guatemala. The drink it is known for is the flat white, made with two ristretto shots and textured milk, and the house latte, the Latte Rondó, puts two espresso shots into a 250 ml cup.

It opens on weekdays and on Saturdays, which makes it an easy stop for a short, careful milk coffee while you walk the city centre.
