Komuna is a Mexican specialty coffee company that buys green coffee in Mexico and roasts it in Copenhagen, with each coffee linked to its producer: lots such as a washed Bellavista or a natural Pocitos fermented for 72 hours. Silent Club, its café on Bredgade, is where to drink them, and Komuna has started running pour-over workshops.
