Crimson sources seasonal coffees that score above 80 points and roasts them in small batches on a Diedrich, testing each roast before it goes out. The lots come with their details: a recent filter coffee was a washed Ayla Bombe from Sidama, Ethiopia, grown by 725 smallholders at about 2,000 metres.
The Camberwell café is on Burke Road, and a second Crimson café works on Elizabeth Street in the CBD.
