Why it's a must-try

INI Studio hides in a small Queensberry Street garage painted white and furnished with white cubes, with a photo studio upstairs. The team roasts its own coffee and pours a short list of filter brews and espresso, but the experimental drinks are the reason to come.

Try the iced citrus long black, made with lemon slices and grated rind, or the cream iced latte. The croffles, part croissant and part waffle, are the favourite snack, and the tiramisu uses the house coffee.
