Why it's a must-try

Rumble has supplied Melbourne cafés for years from its Kensington roastery, and its Transparency Project publishes how much growers are paid for their coffee. To drink it, go to the espresso bar on Macaulay Road, a few minutes from the roastery: it pours the house blends and rotating single origins on both filter and espresso, and sells beans and brewing gear to take home.

Pastries come from Rumble's own Double Dutch bakery. It opens on weekdays only, from 7am to 2pm.
