Founders Dean Atkins and Andy Gelman roast at this Gardenvale café and say they will only serve coffee at its best. The beans come with their full story: one recent lot is a washed SL28 and SL34 from Uganda's Bunyangabu station, fermented for about 40 hours with a lick of lake salt.

The café is open daily with food, and the team has opened Next Door, a space for learning about coffee. Beans ship around Australia.
