Why it's a must-try

DOC is a neighbourhood specialty café on Aráoz in Villa Crespo that set out to be a meeting point built around good coffee. The current menu lists filtered coffee for one person by Origami, V60 or AeroPress, and for two by Chemex or V60, next to the usual espresso drinks, served at 65 °C unless you ask for it hotter.

Its website explains how it picks coffees for their origin and process. The kitchen runs brunch, lunches and pastries, and beans and brewing gear are sold through its online shop.
