Why it's a must-try

Kajue opened in Palermo Soho in 2019, started by Nathaly and Eduardo, who met at a café in Caracas. It is a coffee house and bistro: the long menu runs from brunch and Venezuelan breakfasts to cakes, but the coffee list is real.

Single origins from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras and Colombia go into espresso or a special lot brewed by hand in V60, Chemex, AeroPress or French press. South America's 100 Best Coffee Shops listed it in 2026. From Wednesday to Saturday it stays open until 21.
