Why it's a must-try

Manifiesto sums itself up as "we roast, we serve and we bring coffee to your home". It roasts its own beans, sold by lot: Chambaku from Colombia, Sertao from Brazil, Rivasplata and Caracolillo from Peru, plus coffees from Honduras and Rwanda, and it supplies more than a hundred cafés and businesses.

This café is on Arribeños, in Núñez, and stays open into the evening from Wednesday to Sunday. Its academy runs espresso and filter workshops for beginners and a full barista course. It placed 39th in The Best Coffee Shops Argentina 2026. Ask which lot is on the grinder.
