Why it's a must-try

Tres roasts its coffee a few steps from the bar, behind a glass panel, so you can watch the roaster while you order. It is run by Agustina Román, the 2013 Argentine barista champion, and in 2026 the first edition of The Best Coffee Shops Argentina put it at number one.

The room is small and minimalist, a short walk from the Colegiales train station. Espresso and filter both come from the house roasts; recent coverage describes a Colombian coffee with bright citrus notes. Try the espresso tiramisu, and take beans home.
