Why it's a must-try

Blanca Studio is the small coffee room of the Blanca group, built around manual brewing on a Modbar undercounter system. It roasts its own coffee, and the baristas walk you through each one; Sprudge tasted a Pink Bourbon from Pitalito, Colombia, with notes of dark chocolate, papaya and pineapple.

It ranked second in The Best Coffee Shops Argentina 2026. There is room for about eight people and records play. Pair a filter with the cardamom roll. Open on weekdays, 9 to 19:30. The group's other cafés, in Palermo, Las Cañitas and Recoleta, are design shops with a coffee bar, better for browsing than for the cup.
