Why it's a must-try

Impact Roasters is a cooperative roaster that buys Ethiopian coffee from small farms in the south of the country and roasts it in Copenhagen. Its café on Holmbladsgade in Amager is a neighbourhood spot where you can take your coffee to go or stay, try different brewing styles and buy beans for home.

Barista Magazine calls it a safe bet for Ethiopian coffee. The other cafés are on Valby Langgade, at Valby and Flintholm stations, in Carlsberg Byen and inside Café Buenavista in Nørrebro.
