Why it's a must-try

Blume is a one-person roastery in a converted Abbotsford garage, run by Angus Gibbs. He sources green beans from ethical suppliers for two seasonal blends: Sunshine, a light, bright modern roast for black or white coffee, and Moonlight, a darker Italian-style roast for milk.

A few single origins rotate alongside. Most people take away, but you can sit at one of two benches and listen to whatever is on the record player. Beans and merch are on the shelf.
